Look for a better bank They will mess up anything period worst branch in maine by all means do not see Heidi the loan manager, absolutely horrible

Poor customer service. Failed to order debit cards for not just one but two of our checking accounts. The most recent debit card incident we were made out to feel like we were lying about ordering the cards in the first place. We also had an issue opening a business account, when asking for guidance on how to resolve the issue they were not helpful at all and seemed annoyed that we were asking them questions. Also, on my husbands most recent visit he was met with rudeness and a teller who seemed annoyed to be doing her job. He had 3 checks to deposit that she needed to call on and she was annoyed that he had 3 checks. We were also told that our 2nd checking account was closed and was not given a reason as to why. Needless to say we will be closing our accounts with them. Some of the employees at the Newport branch could use a refresher course on proper customer service and kindness.

Terrible when it comes to customer service and anything loan related. I have one loan through them and when it is paid off, they will never get business from me again.
