I want to thank Five County Credit Union for their outstanding support providing me a boat loan. While I knew from the outset that it was "deep water" for them given the size, Nichole M and Courtney R took on the challenge and made it happen. I think what I enjoy most about banking locally is that there is relatively little sails pressure and lots of personal attention. Great work FCCU and thank you for getting me there.

Worst credit union. They do not treat members well. I would recommend finding another institution to do business with.

We will never use this bank for a vehicle loan or any other loan again. We purchased a truck with 190,000 miles on it and bought every warranty known to man but the one to cover the motor blowing. We spent thousand of dollars on useless warranty’s. Of coarse the motor blew and there is nothing they can do. If these people knew what they were actually doing we wouldn’t of had an issue. Be ware! They also take weeks to get back to you, don’t waste your time!

I have been a member since 2011, I have my check directly deposited since, like clockwork. In the recent years the customer service and general responsiveness is lack luster, at best. They have started to add fees to my accounts such as “ bill pay fees” and such. They do not respond to phone message or email. We are definitely taking our money elsewhere, I think these folks have forgotten what a credit union actually is.

I am very happy with Five County Credit Union. From my own personal experience, they have gone above and beyond for my family and I.
For those who have credit issues and expect to walk-in or call any financial institution and expect an immediate "yes", it probably won't happen. You're not going to get the best rate as someone with A+ credit. You can get mad and leave nasty comments, as I once did, but I grew up and took accountability for what I did.
They have taught me a great deal about my credit score and how to maintain it. If you need help, they will work with you. Just ask them.

I went to cash some checks there which equals $630 there a machine jammed as it was dispensing the money and I was never able to grab the money because the door did not open up. The teller Byranna was supposed to email the company to let them know to audit the machine. There is no record of that machine being audited. She then took me to the other machine saying she could get my money back and what she did was she pulled out another $630 out of my bank account so I have called the bank relaying messages that they owe me $630 no one will respond to my phone calls I lost this money this company Rob's you I would never do service with this company ever again
