These people are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional especially the branch manager ms Howard I would not recommend!! Please just borrow money from a friend or family member not these people then they get mad at you for doing a volunteer repo !!

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF you need to borrow money One Main Financial is the better option! I have paid my loan off in full and they are still trying to get money from me for "attorney fees" when I have NEVER received any documentation from said attorney or the courts!!! Heading to court tomorrow to settle this mess!

The lady that answers the phone is very rude at the Upper Marlboro location.!!!! I asked her the reason for my application being declined and she tells me I should receive an letter in the mail. I asked her was it because you all were unable to receive a credit score from Equifax because thats what I was told before.. I called Equifax and told yes I do have a credit score which I already know and my account was not frozen and they should be able to obtain a credit score. I called the main number for Lendmark Financial Services and told the lady how rude the lady was over in the Upper Marlboro location and she said told me to hold on. I guess she called and spoke with the evil lady.. They were unable to resolve why my credit score was not able to be seen and why its showing that I have no credit..They need more professional/courteous people in these places. If you don't like your job when it comes to helping people or when they ask a simple question..You need a NEW JOB!

NEVER AGAIN.... I received a call saying my account was past due after over paying on my account well before the due date. Very inaccurate accounting practices bothered me I do not recommend getting a loan from here if you don't have too.

Jamella and Annette and whoever I talk with always take care of me with special care. I have never had anyone to talk with me mean, nasty or with an attitude. They call and call and call me and no matter how many times they have to call me, they always talk with me with a nice and even tone. They don't raise their voice to me. I have had to be in hospital and sick and missed payments and they did nothing but be nice to me and try to help me. I truly believe that if you talk with someone nice and without an attitude, they will give back to you and with the Lendmark crew - they have been nothing but nice to me. It's always a pleasure to talk with them. I thank you all and keep up the good work. This is what's happen to me personally. I can't speak for anyone else.

I called the Branch office in Upper Marlboro to negotiate and settle on a loan I defaulted. They were disrespectful and rude. I was taken by surprise because I was trying to pay off a debt that I created and got nothing for my efforts but a hard time. They refused to send any information to my email about my account due to some existing policy they have. In conclusion, they U.S.mailed me some information about my account that wasn’t helpful and the talk I had with one of the more reasonable managers didn’t help either because nothing was put into stone on what was negotiated. My advice find another lender. They acted like it was their money.

I’m in the military and trying to keep up on my payments was a hassle. I came into the branch worried and stressed! But I sat down with Ms. Annette Jenkins and she got me on the right track with my car loan journey! It was most definitely and blessing and pleasure working with her and the whole entire staff! She really made me feel at home away from home. And I can’t thank her enough for all her help and patience! Thank you again Ms. Jenkins 🙏🏿
