This climate still exists. Rosedale Federal could use some work on their people skills. It is still a very man-grumpy atmosphere and they are not kind at all. Especially if you have any discrepancies over late fees and/or their infamous $35 overdraft fees. Worst business account customer service ever AT THE ROSEDALE BRANCH. Beware of the managers Sheree or Angie (the area manager they give you the desk number to who never seems to answer your call when you need her for an issue the other managers can’t handle.

M&T on the other hand, I get smiles and they ask me how I am, etc. Rosedale Federal could use some work on their people skills.
UPDATE 10-22-18: I stopped in there for the first time since they moved. It seems that they got rid of all the grumpy man-haters and I was greeted with smiles. The new building looks awesome inside and everyone is really nice. I am impressed. I was going to close out some old accounts but decided against it after I was made to feel like I was valued as a customer!!!! That goes a long way with me!

I've been banking with Rosedale Federal since i had gotten my first job years ago and as of recently its been going down hill to the point were I'm ready to close out my account. The customer service skills in the branch are horrible if you have an issue, the tellers except one are sarcastic and share a ' i don't want to be here ' attitude. Management is quick to jump to conclusions and wont return the call they promised you

I have visited several times for quarters. The staff were always. Courteous and friendly. Not once was I asked if I had an account with them. Unlike the people I bank with now. They even recently gave me some tomato stakes. From one of their newest branches landscaping. Thank you
