I wish they would stop sending me stuff. Their last solicitation appeared to be an official letter without any outside markings except my address and a PO Box, upon opening, it was an ad for a loan. I understand everyone sends these things but can we not make them look like official stuff so I don't waste 3 minutes of my life. They waste precious resourced on this "security envelope" that your W2s come in, just to get you anxious.

Signing for the Loan
When I arrived at the office to sign and finalize the loan, I was placed in a room where I sat for almost 2 hours while the women completing my loan, came back and forth with MULTIPLE loan amounts that magically changed every time she left the room. After I made it clear that I was becoming frustrated she left me alone again and then returned with a bunch of pricing regarding insurance on the loan and 3 other things that would of made the loan payment even more then what it was considering when i arrived my loan payment was revised 3 times for higher amounts. (VERY SUSPECT).
After almost 2 hours she finally came in and we signed the documents. She then handed me a check for the pay off amount on my account that I was paying down and asked me to mail it. I found this very strange. Why would they not transfer the money directly to that account.
Mailing the check and Follow Up
After mailing the check and noticing after over two weeks the check had not been cashed and used to to pay of the balance on the account, I called this branch to get some assistance. At this point I have been given the run around regarding how long it takes for a stop payment on that check and a reissue and overnight check to be sent. I have called this branch several times and have yet to be given proper information with follow through and a completion of the problem. I was asked to send information to them regarding an account number (Which they should have already had). I emailed this information and heard nothing in return. I called today (11/16/2018) and discovered my email was not even looked at. I was also told I would receive a call right back with an update. That call did not come so i called back finally got in touch with the women who did the loan with me. She was of no help. Everyone in that office seems very uninterested in actually helping their customers and making sure things are done in a professional manner and done with an urgency. This is not the behavior I wast or expect from people who are handling my money and who i have to pay money too! I am very disgusted by this entire experience.

The Prince George's County branch folks are very professional and responsive. The process was very easy and the actual interest rate and monthly payments are not bad at all. I assume it depends on how much you're borrowing at the time to determine your monthly payments. If you're looking for a loan, try here.

I qualified for a much higher loan than I ever expected and the process was actually quick and easy! I couldn’t believe it. It felt good to have the funds I needed in such a short time. I was especially happy to qualify because my credit score wasn’t the best but this loan will boost my score even more. Thank you OMF!

Ann Marie is amazing! She’s personable, professional, and she looked out for me. It did not feel as if I was selling my soul to a loan shark like I’d imagined, it felt like sitting down with a concerned friend who sincerely wanted to help.
Granted, because of my poor credit score, the interest relate for this loan was 24% so I know full well that I need to pay this off and FAST, or they sure will be out to get me. But the initial process could not have been smoother or more pleasant, thanks to Ann Marie.

This branch loves to play phone tag. They will not call you back and they love to call and hang up like a bunch of toddlers. I’ve been waiting on my loan application for over a week with no update. I wish I got all the lady’s names cause they are horrible.
