I have been a member since 1978. The customer service is horrible. If you call, you are on hold for 20 minutes or more. Once you get to speak to someone the quality of service is mixed. They charge $5.95 a month for no particular reason. Recently I tried to get a replacement debit card for my wife. They had blocked it by their mistake. I was told she needed to be there in person to get a new card. It’s hard for her to get there since she works when the CU is open. The last time I got a replacement card for her she wasn’t needed. There is so much more, but a 1 star overall rating should be enough. Obviously not!

Terrible company for financing your vehicle. They added a CPI of 5k to my account and now my payments show that I've had late payments for 1 year now which has affected my credit, yet I've paid every month on time. When contacting them I was told nothing could be done. On top of that I'm being told my insurance deductible has to be no more than $500. What does my insurance deductible have to do with my financing bank? Terrible institution. Definitely stay away.

I received the most dismissive, rude, and disrespectful treatment from two Money One employees (receptionist and another lady). I have been a loyal member of MO since the 1980’s when it was Safeway Eastern. Never missed one loan payment, bounced one check, or had any other adverse actions on my accounts. I went into the branch on December 1, 2022 to drop off a form, pertaining to removing the joint owner from one of my accounts. The joint owner couldn’t come to the branch, so he completed and signed his part of the form and sent a copy of his driver’s license. The employee’s stated that his signature on the form didn’t match his signature on his driver’s license; insinuating that someone forged his signature. Again, I’ve been a member, with no adverse actions on my accounts, since the 1980’s. This situation could have been handled differently and was completely unacceptable from a customer service perspective. The next day, I returned to MO with the joint owner and the form was processed.
I don’t normally take time to write and post negative reviews about businesses, but I am very dissatisfied with Money One and will be closing all my checking and savings accounts very soon.

We have been a loyal customer for years now with this credit union. I wish I could have wrote this review without giving them any stars. The way you all are treating your customers and we are keeping your doors open with our money. We will be removing our money from this credit union. My account rarely overdrafts and when it does I pay my fees but for you all to hit me for multiple times over 150 dollars in overdraft fees is crazy. When ever we call in to get some assistance you can't. I finally got someone on the phone and I was told they could not help me and that all of the managers were in a meeting. I was given an email address that no one responds to. This credit union is canceled their thieves.

0 stars !! They are scammers !! They did a hard inquiry on my credit report for a mortgage which I never applied for and kept pushing me back to other people. One person told me she was getting me a supervisor then transferred me to a completely different company !! Called back and asked for a supervisor/manager and Anna told me she was one but wouldn’t provide her last name, an id or anything. Saying she’s the only Anna there yet they want me to verify who I am using my ssn and birthday for a mortgage application that I never applied for !!! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB as well!! This is a federal credit union ! I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent and unhelpful.

Whenever I visit Money One, I’m greeted by the most amazing representative Ms. Ruth. She’s always so nice and offers her assistance with whatever I need. She’s the perfect person to have sitting at the front desk greeting the customers. I don’t visit Money One every day but when I come in to make a transaction it is always pleasant. Thank you Ms. Ruth and Thank you Money One.
