I’m really starting to understand why my parents and many other people are leaving this bank. Customer service is worse and worse every single issue I have, and there are a lot of issues. The management that left years ago took all the decency with it apparently.

While the customer service has been gradually declining for some time, I unfortunately continued to do business with this poor excuse of a financial establishment. As a 15+ year member, I held out hope that things would get better. They have only gotten so much worse. Recently it took them 3 or more attempts to complete an international wire transfer for me successfully. A simple every day task for most bankers. Though, through all of this I kept both my personal and business accounts open and active and gave them the benefit of the doubt, until today. My CFO and my parents were poorly mistreated and lied to at the lavale branch, and they refused to deposit A CORPORATE CHECK that had been properly endorsed by both my CFO and my partner company. This was the last straw for either me personally or my company to continue doing business with such a poorly managed credit union. 12 years ago these guys were the best thing since sliced bread, it really is a shame to see what they have come to.

I called several times needing help with online banking, was put on hold and still waiting for someone to help me. So far 20 minutes. Really is this how customer service works???
It's been another 15 minutes and still waiting.

ACT First is great. I have become friends with all that work there. They now own the loan on my truck and I am treated like a CUSTOMER here. Always friendly and always helpful! I recommend this credit union to all that are looking for a place.

I recently worked with Brandy Dolly to help secure a vehicle loan
The SUV was actually located at a dealer in Florida.
I would like to note the courteous and professional work
done by Brandy to make this happen so smoothly in light of the urgency that we presented to her.
She was always quickly available to answer our calls and emails. She also was very knowledgeable regarding loan product
offerings. In addition, she communicated efficiently with third parties such as the dealership, etc. to insure the process went smoothly, which it did.
I wanted to share these comments because so often in customer service interactions, we encounter folks who are apathetic, lack attention to detail, and are not good listeners. Brandy shined in all these areas.
She is an asset to ACT 1st.
