Very very bad service...you don't tell a customer that you're approved and then 10min later that you're not. Just say it the first fn time and you won't get a bad review.
And no I will not call you for the reason why. It's still unprofessional

One main financial is a joke and Lisa being the biggest one. How do you have someone go through so much paperwork and time, keep calling them saying they are approved, keep changing the approval amount. Supposedly my file had went through and underwriter so shouldn’t everything have been verified at that point? Then I schedule an appointment to come in today. I’m constantly asked about information I’ve already submitted. Then I get a call saying they have no product to offer me when I started this process over 2 days ago. You’re telling me you had no clue about this before you told me I was approved on Tuesday or when you called yesterday and again said I was approved? The way you all do business is unprofessional and ridiculous. DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE UNSOLICITED MAIL OFFERS! I will never apply at this place again. Pure buffoonery!

This is my second time at the Glen Burnie branch on Ritchie Hwy and each time has been phenomenal. I should be ashamed of myself for forgetting the reps name that walked me through on both occasions, Why, " Because she is amazing, beyond measure. Great spirit, attitude and posture to represent your establishment

If I could give a negative star for the customer service at this branch I would. I work at a finance company myself and am well aware of the procedure for giving someone a personal loan. Getting the customer in as soon as possible, doing the necessary steps in order to close on the loan. Perry Jefferies had my mother and I wait three weeks to come in, when we did come in she told us the application was no longer able to be approved because the mileage of the vehicle went up. NO KIDDING!! Three weeks later, of course it would!! So, instead of offering a counteroffer, something on personal property(which I know would very much have been possible), she simply said she was not able to do anything at all. She was also very rude over the phone and unprofessional in office! She wasted too much time! I was very displeased with her customer service. Hard pull on my credit for absolutely nothing!

This has been by far the easiest and FASTEST I’ve ever gotten a response for a loan. I applied, got approved, and had funds loaded into my personal account all in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

I needed cash fast. Cynthia in Glen Burnie was very helpful. I applied on line, was approved and the money was deposited the same day. I thought I would have to wait to get my money on Monday morning since I signed my paperwork 5pm on a Friday. Nope! The funds appeared on Friday night by 7Pm.
