The absolute worse. Was recommended by a friend. Very attentive at pre-approval but after things just changed for the worse. When me and my family got the house the builders told us December, the lender continuously told us “oh they won’t be finished in December it will be late January or February. Red flag right there because how can you just say when the builders gone done? The bank kept telling me that we will get down payment assistance due to being first time homebuyers. GREAT! 5 months went past while the house was being built and we merely if ever heard from them. We called about switching employments and buying furniture with cash and they never responded so guess what we did, switched jobs and bought furniture. Fast forward to December the house is done and ready for closing, the bank then says oh since you’re closing prior to January we can no longer give you down payment assistance. So instead of paying approximately 10k I had to pay 20k. From the beginning of my lender would have aired on the side of what the builders said instead of going off his own opinions then I would have been more prepared. Plus if I knew I woulda had to kick out all this money they I woulda bought a bigger house! I chose the smaller build because Of what the lender told me! Then he was late getting the appraisal and requested all these documents that he could have been asked for. 24 hours before closing your asking for documents that are not possible to get like verification of employment from a government employer. I almost didn’t think I was going to close. I didn’t even care that I had to kick out more money because I just wanted to be done with them. I understand that the housing process can be stressful but this literally was the lender/bank from hell.

Tom and his team did an excellent job. They were quick and got me an excellent rate. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance to reach out to Tom. Thank you again Tom!

IT was a terrible i mean terrible experience they gave me the run around until my closing date then told me i needed more paperwork by then i was homeless and suppose to be in my new home.. They knew I moved out of my old home because They told me my new home I will be moving in they lied to me and they did not care they screamed at me and they hung up on me and never answer none of my calls. Also I wind up losing $1,000 with them from appraisals and inspections on a home I feel like i was scammed...
