The staff is so friendly. I met with Fran, and she answered all my questions about a Home Equity Line of Credit. I was nervous because I didn't understand completely how it works and she put my mind at ease with the process.

First, upon entering the bank, all of the staff is quite accommodating. I usually speak with one of the tellers to let him/her know what I need. If he/she is not in the role of being able to assist me, that person will direct me to the proper staff member. Secondly, I am provided with with great detail for whatever needs I have. After my transactions are completed or my questions answered, I leave the bank feeling satisfied because I have received awesome attention. In addition, when calling the bank to ask a question, I am quickly transferred to the person who can help me. Lastly, Laura Reeder, at the Marlboro location, has been vital to my satisfaction. I have been traveling, and she and I have kept in touch to make sure all is well with my accounts. I thank the Shore United Bank for its fine service.

Very helpful personal bankers. Mary Foster was outstanding in assisting with a business banking request and also suggested an enhanced personal banking account. Totally positive, friendly and just super service!

The upbeat, energetic and enthusiastic staff at Shore United Bank Tred Avon make every banking experience a pleasure. I also appreciate that they employ bilingual employees as well as employees well versed in sign language to ensure that no one receives less than stellar assistance.
