If I could put negative stars I would. Do not apply to work for this bank! This bank does not care about their employees or their customers. They do not follow the CDC guidelines. The bank in easton has been closed due to "renovations" that is false! They are lying to you! The are closed because they've a covid outbreak in their branch once a week. They have several employees in the hospital fighting for their lives. Employees have tried to voice their concerns and in return they are fired. Faithful, hard working employees thrown away because they try to stand up for their health and the health of the customers.

Amanda at the drive thru window was very unpleasant and not helpful at all. My husband and I both have had accounts for a long time as our whole family and to be so unpleasant and unhelpful is a disgrace to the bank as a whole. She did not try to fix the problem or help my situation.

The worst customer service on the eastern shore. Completely unresponsive. Thought I was going to deal with a small bank with personalized service ... forget it! Customer communications apparently still stuck in the 1880's!
