The staff here have always been extremely kind, although I have had some frustrating experiences. I recently needed to reset my debit card PIN, and it took the woman helping me three new cards, two unsuccessful tries at the ATM outside, and close to an hour of my time to get it done, all with my 6-month old baby in tow. On a corporate level, they are very conservative about where they allow you to use your card. I've had my card declined in several states and countries just because they've seen fraud there in the past. It doesn't matter if you tell them you're going there ahead of time or not. We like banking local, but sometimes it seems a bit too much.

One of the few independent “local” banks left in the area which cater to individual customers and small businesses. Fast, friendly customer service where everyone is treated respectfully.
