Wish the car dealership would have informed me that I’d be making my lease payments to these guys and not CU LEASING CORP then I could have researched to see how idiotic they are. Been getting harassed for 8 months now for a picture ticket from DC which they paid on my behalf without contacting me after I had already paid it immediately after getting it in the mail. Have been getting harassed to hunt DC down for their money back which I already tried to 5 times and was told it would be refunded to them. Guy on phone being condescending and giggling. Maybe if they put as much energy as they did harassing me into calling themselves they would have gotten their money back. Already paying a ridiculous amount for my car when I have perfect credit and put money down and bad customer service on top of it? Kick rocks I’ll be finding a new company to do business with ASAP and have filed a formal complaint for the man that called my phone with the leasing company. Do yourself a favor and do business with anywhere else it will save you the headache of having to deal with these incompetents.

This bank is horrible I fell behind on my auto loan when I got sick the loan is for over 30k and I only owe 4k and they refused my partial payment and jumped to take my car. They are horrible people

If you call customer service and speak with a woman named Ella. Hang up or ask to speak with someone else. She is SO rude and is zero help and literally argues with you. My mind is blown by the customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with her twice. She reminds me of one of those old hags who didn't get a smoke break and is taking it out on everyone else.

Will freeze your accounts for 3+ days causing endless overdrafts if your BILLPAY gets screwed -up. Complete unwillingness on the behalf of RFCU customer service to correct this issue, rather blaming it on their vendors that service their BILLPAY. I have been a customer here for over 50 years. Their customer service has deteriorated unfortunately. Would not recommend.

This is one of the worst banks you could deal with. Between the harassment from Nancy Connors to their OLD systems and processes in 2023 - they offer little to no benefits banking with them. If you want to be harassed and annoyed each time you deal with a bank, you can join them. They can all kick rocks.
