I walked in with my daughter this morning to open her first checking account. We were greeted by the ladies behind the counter. Nancy the assistant branch manager walked us into her office and helped us through opening the account. The staff here is professional, friendly and pleasant. Nancy is just one of the best. Great community bank!

I had a wonderful experience opening up my new account and then also getting a secured loan. Nancy provided the upmost customer service and I am more than satisfied with my decision to bank with Bridgewater Savings Bank! It usually a pretty good experience at Bluestone Bank....usually, a couple of times I have ran into a grumpy manager there in Raynham.

Had a slightly disappointing experience at this bank. I entered and waited to be assisted at the counter. There were three associates behind the counter but not one of them acknowledged my presence. The room was empty except for myself and another couple being helped at the desk. As the couple left, I continued to wait for five minutes. There was no "hello sir'" or "wait one moment". There was no response at all. I made eye contact a number of times, but continued to be ignored. I'm admittedly no one special and don't expect special treatment, but this sort of customer service is no good.

It’s very frustrating how the bank closes at 4 but the doors are locked before then. I work 8- 3:30 and need to get there before they close. When I arrive the drive through is closed and the doors are locked 10-15 minutes before expected closing time. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.

Absolutely horrible experience with their mortgage department, particularly Michelle Durette. They refused to finance a home purchase 3 business days before closing after absolutely everything has been completed, including the appraisal. No explanation or apology has been offered. The buyers were able to finance with a different bank with no issue after wasting a whole month with this sad excuse of a bank. No one at the bank took responsibility for leaving their customers homeless as you can see by their comments below.

Bluestone bank itself keeps having issues. My account keeps getting shut down with no warning when they get hacked. I'll be withdrawing all business with this brand and I suggest everyone to do the same before the bank shuts down with no warning. Can't give 0 stars so I gave 1
