Absolutely the worst bank to work with. I only get a run around when I deal them. They hardly know left from right. The best part was when I was laughed at in person by a representative that didn’t have all the knowledge and details of what was going on. Another sad part is I’m from Wisconsin and I know more about MA law than this bank.

Poor service. I went to get a document notarized and met a representative named Marie at the front desk. In the course of talking to her she told me to drop my attitude. I had no issue before but now I’m Insulted. I didn’t come to the bank to be treated like a second class citizen.

I wish I could remember the woman's name we worked with, but dang she was *so helpful*, in like 10 minutes we were all done and she worked with 2 of us with one of us that has adhd! She smiled and seemed like she understood. Thank you so much. I've been with y'all over 20 years and wouldn't change banks at all! Thank you so much for all you're help over the years!

After researching numerous financial institutions my brother and I decided on Greylock for individual auto loans. Both of us were denied because we couldn't go to their office in person. I told the representative there was nothing noted on their webpage to forewarn us nor did any representative advise us of this issue when called. All we got was wasted time, a dry apology and a high impact credit check. Total waste of time and credit score points. Excellent credit, no warning about a mandatory office visit and honorable veteran status for us both was irrelevant. Extremely dissatisfied with Greylock. Avoid the mandatory obligations as well as the hidden and missing disclaimers, shop elsewhere!

I found the loan department difficult to work with. Went for a pre approval. It went on for weeks and weeks with a person that was difficult and not customer friendly.Went online to Shan't Bonasian in Waltham Ma and received my pre approval certificate in less than a week.. Shant was customer friendly and went out of their way to insure I understood everything and was always there when I had a question. (Even on Saturday and Sunday.

This place is a scam and they're racist. I went in one day to get notoriety so I could get my ID and Greylock rejected to get me a notary so I could get my license because so didn't have ID. Then watched somebody come in after me and sit with the clerk and never have to show an ID to get what they want... Mind you I've been with this bank for almost 10 years. They called me up quickly after trying to diffuse it. The owner wanted to give me whatever he could to shut me up. I did shut up, but now I'm finding out that this bank is moving money in my
account without my permission and I'm just tired of complaining to them so I'm going to publically express my feelings. When I called them about it they quickly gave the money back as they knew I caught them. This bank processes tracactions slow so they can hit you with overdraft fees. You move money to cover you fees and you still get caught with an overdraft. I think this bank is a POS. And if you're doing business with them I'd watch my money and transactions closely. I've decided that when I get the free time I'm changing banks to something more smaller. Greylock has gotten to BIG to be for the community. I've contacted John Bissell the CEO multiple times who I've had pass conversations with. And he has been silent about the issues. Maybe he's comfortable now with the fact that I CANT sue him now. But I will be looking into with somebody. An owner that doesn't care should tell you a lot about an institution. Btw I'm still WAITING for a call that your rep said would happen for the money you moved around without my permission. I believe federal regulations against that exist. This bank has dark secrets it doesn't want the public to know. Should've exposed you when the chance was there. The time will come thigh where you slip up again though.

Shari went above and beyond helping me with paperwork for a loan, and gave my busy little toddler a teddybear to keep him occupied. I really appreciate her treating us so well!

I can’t do a negative star. I bought a car and finally payed off my loan in December after 6 years and only today did my lien get released and my title in the mail. Whenever we are late on a payment, we pay a fee, when it’s the other way and they make a mistake there is no repercussions for them. It’s been 9 months and I thought my title got lost in the mail even after a rep said to me it got sent out. Someone didn’t do their job. All I get is a sorry.
