I got a loan for a vehicle purchase through them. They used to be awesome where if I had an issue with a payment I could get a 10 day extension, unfortunately a few times I had to get it a second time, and always made the payment. Now I'm on my last year of payments, it's the holidays so payment on time was rough. I got a 10 day extension, but needed to ask for 1 more and this time I got a chief customer service lady who is just a pure horrible person. I tried calling before arrangement was up so it didn't break it but she refused, I called after it was up and another service rep advised me she had actually put a note on my account to NOT allow me an extension! I guess because it's my last year of payments they will do whatever to make it harder so you default and they can make all that money and get the vehicle! Cant wait til this is paid off! I will NEVER go through them again! This lady needs to learn customer service! She never even started out friendly!

You could be going through a lot of unfortunate events that hurt you financially and they don’t care! They refuse to make payments plans after one missed payment and once they repossess your car they make it nearly impossible to get it back. Their customers service is TRASH. I told one person over the phone that I couldn’t pay the full amount I owed at the time but I was willing to put down an amount that was damn near close enough to the payment and I would’ve paid the rest a week later but they were quick to tell me “well sir you simply just can’t afford your car” and ended the call. No one wanted to tell me the repo fee until I caught up with my payments on my car (which was $1000) just for them to tell me AFTER that to get my car back was another $700 plus $37 for every day it’s at the lot. These people are professional thieves and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

They were the only ones who would finance for me before I fixed my credit. At one point I felt like I would never stop making payments but everything appeared on schedule and the title was sent shortly after my final payment. All in all I'm very happy with them.

United crook finance more like it, if i had the chance to go back in time and it was between financing a car through these people or not having a car at all i would've chosen the latter, these people have completely ruined car buying and ownership for me and based on their reviews many others too, between not acknowledging double payments(then where in the hell did my 2nd payments go if not towards the loan) , to your loan suddenly being far more than originally stated your best staying far away from this nightmare. Keep in mind dealerships are just as at fault for using this financial institution and not warning people of the repercussions of using this company. Do with this info what you will, youve been warned.

I have nothing bad to say about them… was the interest high? Sure, but my credit sucked when I got the loan and they were the only company willing to give me a chance. Payments reported to credit bureaus every month with no issue. Always quick responses when I ask them for something (paperwork, address change etc). I can’t say anything bad about them. Keep on top of your payments and you won’t have an issue.

I made my May payment in May- 31st, but they reported it late to my credit because it’s 30days past. I explained the power steering rack went and I had to come up with 2k to fix, paid later because of a very circumstantial issue and they said nothing they could do. I will be looking at refinancing where customers are treated like customers and not just a way to get money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Update 8/18/23...so unfortunately I had another issue with making a payment. I received notice it was going to repo if I didn't make a payment by 3pm today. They call me nonstop while I'm at work so I cant take In calls and they are closed by the time i get out. So i called them today and tried working out a pmt plan. Make the pmt next week then the new pmt due the following week. They refused. Both women I spoke to were extremely rude and refused to work with me. This is by far the worst company to go through!! Please save yourself from the aggravation and avoid doing business with this company! I only have 6 months left of payments. I can not wait to be done with this horrible company and their horrible employees! Oh ya, and your excellent payment history does not matter. They will not take that into account to give you a break and work it out.
