4 drive up tellers and always only 1 of them open and this is their main branch!!!
Every time I have to do my banking, I have to plan on at least 30 minutes in line to make any transactions. I’ve only been a customer for about 2 months, but will definitely be looking at my other options.

The bank tellers/employees seem like they are confused most of the time and slow (usually a really long wait). But the customer service on the phone is helpful. Especially, Ali Ramadan - he has been really great and quick to solve all my banking problems. A definite 5 stars for him, no doubt.

I have a car loan with IC; this morning,when I checked my account I saw that they somehow put my payment through twice. I was pretty upset. I called them when they opened and in a matter of minutes, the charges were reversed and everything was fine.

I've had an auto loan with IC since 2018, and thankfully I am almost done paying it. I have never stepped foot in a branch but getting them on the phone is absolutely impossible, and when you do they always seem to be irritated with the fact someone has just interrupted their day with a phone call. Everyone I've talked to in a position of power is just absolutely miserable and disrespectful, especially their VP who's a real nasty excuse for a human being. I work in customer service and it's not that hard to be friendly and have a nice demeanor on the phone. It seems this is just the way it is at ICFCU and that it likely won't change. One shining light at IC is Dale, who has been my 'contact person' for a few years now because he has a no nonsense demeanor and is friendly compared to the rest of the staff. I hope someday someone new comes in and cleans up shop at IC.

Been with them for 5 years, I got denied twice on a loan even though my credit score is very good, I will be closing my acct with them for good. At least workers credit union approved for my loan TWICE!!! I will let friends and family know not to bank with IC FEDERAL. Plus the online app is not accurate and online site as well!

Been a member for years and I am so grateful for their amazing customer support. I had a weird technology error where a transfer went through twice, putting my account into negative balance. I was scared after seeing this. But the super kind customer support person Areli (spelling?) helped put my mind at ease, she deserves a shoutout. She was so helpful and even called me back later to check again and confirm that the error was corrected and I didn’t need to worry. Thank you IC! 🙏

Did most of our banking for there for 12 years, Just closed all of our accounts- customer service is atrocious- after working with Renee, it was the final straw- Moved to DCU- much better.

I’ve been without a bank card since MARCH. I’ve ordered now 3 cards and they’ve all be canceled with no excuses. For some reason they can’t send me a card but they can send me months and months and months worth of soliciting mail.
I’ll be calling out of work next week to go in and close my account, it’s ridiculous.
