Before Merrimack Valley Credit union, I couldn't have enough about the wonderful perks with my accounts. Before I could go to any ATM and Bridgewater credit union would pay for any fees that the other bank and there fees. Before Merrimack Valley Credit union took over the lowest you could go down to $5 balance, now it's $10. Unfortunately my small amount of savings helps me to keep my car payment. Once that is done, I will be leaving Bridgewater credit union. It's unfortunate, that I have another bank that I've been with for over 20 years and see no appreciation for being with that bank for a long time customer. Now with this bank, it has been ruined by MCVCU. I hate the changes but not the people that have to put up with the lousy changes that ruined this bank. Might I add is disabled and there is a ATM not even 1/4 mile from me.
I am not physically capable of driving that long.

I don't do banking with this institution but I've had a car loan for over 2 years. I had a problem with processing my loan pmt thru my own bill pay account with my bank. I spoke with Edelyn in customer service and explained my situation. I've never been late on my loan and wanted to pay over the phone. I had never asked before but I asked for a waiver on the phone charged and she said she could. So happy for the great customer service and understanding!!! Thank you as I'm also on a fixed income and can't afford any additional fees. God Bless...

When I joined in 2013 Bank was Great. Since they merged with Merrimack communication has gone downhill. I paid a loan off and was never told to close the checking account or they would start drawing inactivity fees until account was empty. I hope they just closed it and aren't planning on sending me a bill. Also they dropped the ball on my being able to refinance big time witch cost me thousands in extra interest.

This credit union was great when I first joined. Lately, the credit union really seems to have become worse in terms of customer service ever since the merger with Merrimack Valley. Especially on the phone. The wait times are longer and no one seems to be able to answer a question unless I walk into the branch. It's a catch 22 for me since I moved away from Bridgewater. The branch employees are great and helpful but if you need to rely on phone customer service; good luck.

Called about a concern this morning and the woman I believe her name was Loreen was great and helped me solve my concern. I will continue to bank with them because of the customer service!!
