Nothing but positive experiences with these guys. Fell on some hard times about halfway through the loan period and they went above and beyond to help me keep my bike. The customer service department was always friendly and courteous and always came up with a solution that worked for me and my situation. Just made my final payment 1 week ago and already have the title in hand and I live in NJ. Great company. Would definitely deal with them again!

I appreciate the company for giving me a loan. As long as you don't have to deal with customer service you'll be perfectly fine. A few classes for customer service skills wouldn't hurt them. I've been in customer service for over 12 years. They like to talk over you and not with you.

I have called these guys several times hoping to find information on my loan. Nice enough people as long as they can answer you in one question. They seem to be inpatient. I was constantly interrupted on more than one occasion on the phone. Once leading to being hung up on. Very frustrating to call them. Otherwise pretty straightforward company.

I am on social security disability & when my husband asked to use my direct deposit card for a payment. I let him with me speaking to 1 male & 2 female telling them he is not on my card or my account. Then say giving permission once allows them to take it every month. But when my husband paid with his own card they kept mine on file & continue to take more payments even earlier than due or two payments in one week. So we say come take motorcycle & put my wifes money back in account. Tammy which is highest surpervisor in all of TWO WHEELER FINANCE says bring me the bike & I'll see about getting your money back & there's no other way. I don't drive never did & my husband had rotator cuff surgery so he can't drive it. They won't pick it up when he wants to give back so they take more than one payment a month. That's a very proffessional way to do business.
