My issue with tower loan was with a contract cancellation of insurance after I made many attempts to resolve the failure of submitting the process to cancel insurance, within a week, the management fail to honor that process, even after I was told that the person who took the signed documents, had quit and fail to prices request in time, so my next question was, how are you going to resolve the issue? I was told that they would ccgeck into it, after two months now and many calls to get an answer. It is still not resolved.

Simply put, the worst experience I‘ve encountered with any company. They do not, and I repeat, DO NOT have your best interests in mind. Don’t trust them. Do your research. Develop better financial habits first, and then make a decision to get a loan. This is predatory lending at its finest.

Branch manager and employees are very rude and disrespectful. They put my account information outside my door with all of my information on it where the public could see it. It wasn't in an envelope nor folded. The branch manager threatened to sue me even after I told him that I was coming in with my payment. He said that he would make my life miserable and take all the money that I have. He even told me that I have to pay his attorney fees and I wasn't but a month or two behind. When I did try to make payments on my account they wouldn't accept them. His employees even laughed when I called back and asked who did I need to talk to to file a complaint.
