Rudest people on the planet! Tricks you into taking loans with the highest interest, gets you to "skip" payments so they can charge you tons more interest at the end. Worst place ever! Try one main financial instead, they are nicer

They went above and beyond on what I was asking. Very respectful and nice. Let’s just hope it’s stays like that

I had went in to pay a past due amount on my boyfriends account (not even my bill) and the manager was very rude. He raised his voice, persisted to indirectly call my boyfriend and I, a liar, he was raising his voice, and telling me what I needed to do in my personal life. I understand the frustration of my boyfriends account being past due, but the manager should have been more professional than what he showed.

They have always been polite to me. The only negative is all loans are on rule of 78 rather than simple interest Which means you pay almost all of the interest during the first half of the loan. That is called a prepayment penalty. However they are a finance company.

This place does not even deserve a star. We first went through tower when we bought our couch (through the furniture store). We got 12 months interest free. I made the payments to where it would be paid the the 12 months. in the meantime they sent a check in the mail that we cashed to help with school supplies and were making the monthly payments. Well my husband and I decided that this past month we would go back to Tower Loan to get a small loan to do some home improvements. With this loan we were also paying off the second loan with them. My husband went to their Ryan street location only to find that they closed their doors. Upon finding their new location my husband went in and they told him that we owed them over $200.00 on the furniture loan, When in fact it was on $10.54 and they added that much interest to in 7 months. Never once did they actually tell my husband this, but they did call to say that he was late???? So Tower Loan decided that we could pay off the furniture loan with out the interest so we decided to go through with the new loan. This past week I had come into some money and wanted to pay off this loan it was less than $1,300.00. When I logged into the account online I noticed that the loan payoff was almost $2,000.00 (the first payment being due 6/15/16).That did not seem right. When I called to talk to them today I was told that there were $700.00 in fees that were added to the loan. I knew that we would pay some interest on the loan for the time that it was taken out but $700.00 in finance fees on a loan that was only $600.00 more than that. This blew my mind and pissed me off. If you really need the loan then I say go for it but know that they are not only going to charge you 37.5% in interest but also hit you with finance fees that you will not get told about. So good luck to you!

I enjoyed the customer service, courtesy, that the employees extend it toward me
