My family is relocating to Princeton from out of state. I called the bank to discuss getting a loan. I was transferred to Karen Lewis. I left her a voicemail but over a week has gone by and she’s never called me back. Disappointing because I figured a small private local bank would be more friendly and quick to respond.

I've never seen such a joke of a bank. We called and reported my husbands card was compromised and they didn't offer a replacement or anything, was just like "oh okay" so we called the 800 # that told us we would be issued a refund and a new card for my husband. We never saw the refund. The bank told us they would not refund, never issued a new card, and said the 800 # doesnt even work for them it is a subcompany. After several fraudulent charges putting us negative a couple hundred dollars between their charges and bank fees, we disconnected everything ourselves and decided to go bank elsewhere. We informed them of this. They never put a stop on the charges which keep coming out (leading us to believe they never canceled the card). We recently checked and now the account is -1000. All of this could have been stopped at a normal bank that changes cards and account numbers when someone steals a card number but no. They literally told us "it's your own fault we will not do anything and the 800# people don't have any right to have told you we would." Very infuriating we lost so much money from this and nothing is being done. If I could give 0 stars for customer service i would.
