I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru (lobby is closed until 9) only to be denied the ability to make a vehicle loan payment because I was paying with a card. To add insult to injury, the lady told me, “I’d make an exception if you didn’t have a car behind you.” They need to either accept cards in the drive-thru or have a sign in the drive-thru stating they don’t so customers don’t waste their time. It’s illogical that a financial institution doesn’t accept debit or credit. I’m aware payments could be mailed in or I could come later when the lobby is open, but I still feel this was unnecessarily inconvenient.

Watch out for them putting holds on your account for no reason. They try to hold outgoing payments so they can fool you into an overdraft fee.
