I am still solid in my view that Abound should be much easier to do business with for all of the reasons I stated above, but I do give them credit for reaching out to try to learn about my frustration. Hopefully they will update/change some policies and/or procedures to make them easier to recommend to friends/family. Great job, Megan!

Absolutely the most preposterous financial institution I have ever dealt with. I joined to receive the benefits of the credit card with 5% cash back on fuel, but their online banking system is archaic and the only way to set-up auto pay is through ACH, but you need to call to set it up. Additionally, I needed to make a payment via debit card from another financial institution to avoid penalty, but they will only allow the minimum amount due for a phone payment, so therefore forcing me to pay interest. In addition to all of that, I had to pay $15 for a processing fee to pay over the phone. I will say that their cash back on fuel is the best in the country, but it's only after dealing with all of these other ridiculous policies that you can reap those rewards. Very disappointed with them and their staff that seems to not care as well.

Would not recommend getting a vehicle loan through Abound Credit Union, I had Gap Insurance on my vehicle. I totaled it and was told they would pay the remaining balance off. I was lied to and got the run around every time i called about the Loan. Wrecked the vehicle in April 2021 and it took them till September of 2021 for Gap insurance to pay their part and didn’t even pay it completely off, and while waiting for Gap to process they turned it over on my credit. I will never have another loan through them again, and won’t be referring anyone else there.

I have a loan with Abound Credit Union(been there about 3 years), when I go to pay my payment I always go through the drive thru.
Never in my life have I had bad customer service at a bank until now. I debated on writing a review but after today’s service I thought I should.
Pulled in I was the only car in drive thru.(until I send my payment In, then another car pulled in) Sent in my payment, waited for a teller to say hello, how are you, anything... so i hit the call button (I don’t hit it a lot because in the past I’ve been asked not to because they know when I’m there ) a teller came on and said she would have my receipt out in a minute and turned her screen off. Then send the tube back out and told me to have a great rest of my day. (Very rudely)
This isn’t the first time I’ve been waited on and had a bad experience. It’s almost every time!
I can understand having a bad day or if your busy and rushing. But you don’t take it out on the customers.

I can't say enough about how helpful Brooklyn has been for my family. She has help me one serval different occasions when I just did know what to do or who to ask. She has helped me get out of debt.
