I went to the drive thru to cash a check from an Equity Bank customer, the gal that helped me was not friendly and made me feel like it was my fault that the check was not able to be cashed at that time. No have a good day, no thank you, no nothing. I was a bother for being in her drive thru lane. I'm sorry but just because I am not a customer myself does not mean that the way you treat people that aren't are any less important. Customer service has gone way down hill!!! Very sad!

I truly enjoy going to the Santa Fe branch, everyone in the office is so kind. Whether I go thru the drive-thru or go inside they greet me by name.
They are very helpful! If they don't know the answer they will direct to someone who does. Great Customer Service, great environment from the customer's stand point. Thank you all for all that you do!!!

Once again here we go again with ASBT, online banking has been down for 2 days and there doesnt seem to be a rush or a concern to get it up and going. Last year we went through this at about the same time......take your money and go elsewhere...poor bank....poor service......poor.....poor...poor....
amazing how its your money but you cannot access it..............maybe they lost it............
