I had been looking for a very specific/rare vehicle out of state for a few months now. COVID had made this an absolute nightmare with car dealships. As stressful as it has been, it was all worth it in the end. I had the absolute best help you can ask for with something of this caliber. The person I worked with was Bryce W. He was very informative and incredibly patient. He helped get me the best understanding of all this whole process and help make the deal come to a close with my search on this vehicle! The Salina branch is so helpful! Auto dealership placed our loan through CUA and I stopped in to make a payment. I now have a better interest earning savings account and may open a checking account. The app is wonderful too! Bryce in Salina is the guy to go see for all your financial needs.

Visiting family from out of town, visited the ATM, didn’t see the “select bill pattern” option, ended up with one hundred dollar bills. Yes, it’s currency but that denomination can be difficult to use. (First world problems, I know, I know.) So, I popped into the building and asked if I could exchange cash for cash. Shout out to Bryce W!! He made two phone calls to find out how to help this non member. So kind, courteous, and helpful. THANK YOU BRYCE! Your customer service for a non customer really made my day!
