Went in to rent a safety deposit box. We were greeted with 2 icy cold stares. My wife and I were the only 2 customers in the place and we were curtly informed to walk around the table and follow the taped off area ....then miss icy stare ordered us to go to a desk to fill out some paperwork. They wanted tons of info, thought I was going to have to amputate my right arm and give up our first born. Still wasn't enuff info for her, needed to go home and come back another day. We left and went to Heartland Credit Union and signed up in a few minutes...treated great. Go to HCU, glad we did.

The staff at White Eagle are friendly, helpful, and caring. They always remember me and my family. We are very pleased to have this credit union at a convenient location in downtown Newton.

very disappointed with the service i had here. have always heard good things about this branch, but i personally felt like i was not appreciated and like helping me out was a burden. i know times are tough now, and finding a new normal is difficult but if a business is still open, i expect to receive exceptional service. especially with the type of business this is. will not be doing any business with this branch or bank ever again.

Rebecca is probably the worst branch manager this business has ever had. Highly incompetent at her job. I'm surprised there are still customers using this location with her I'm better then anyone else attitude.
