Just being able to deal with someone as pleasant as Suzy House makes me want to keep using check into cash for my loan needs! She always helps me with my loans very efficiently and is always so nice to talk with! Makes you feel like the company really cares about your needs!

I normally am satisfied with your company but yesterday I was treated less than human. I understand that our country is under COVID protocol, but your establishment should practice the correct standards as set forth by the CDC. As a nurse working in the healthcare industry I was humiliated by your staff, I was ordered to stand behind a line, instead of being properly greeted when I entreated the building. There was no hello, how are you doing today, by the way we have adapted new Covid rules for business, NOTHING. Then orders were barked at me like I was a slave at a prison auction: “don’t come up here until I tell you.”; “I tell you when you can write your check and give me your cash.” “You’ll wait until I have finished with what I am doing then you can come to the desk.” Wow. No eye contact, nothing. By the way, this person wore no mask or gloves while handling money, as I was wearing a face make and gloves for my protection. Money is the most infectious way to transmit this disease. Next time, carefully place these instructions where your customers can review the procedures prior to entering, it is NOT, legal to lock a door during business hours with a customer inside at ANYTIME! Should there had been an emergency, I nor the employee would not have had a way to escape. Very Bad Idea!!! I did not report your business to the police or fire department but could have just for the locking of doors during a business transaction. Think about the way you are treating people in this line of business. Money is never worth someone’s life.

Was very impressed by the lady that helped me. I am disabled & she took extra care with helping me. I have figured that I will need more of my allowed $ amount than I originally thought & plan on going back next week. Thanks for the great opportunity.

Shirley, oh, where do I even begin? Shirley's exceptional customer service skills truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure that our payday loan experience was smooth and stress-free. Not only did she assist us with the paperwork, but she also took the time to patiently explain the process, making sure we understood every detail. Her kindness and patience were a breath of fresh air, and we left feeling genuinely grateful for her assistance.
The staff at Check in 2 Cash demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism and dedication. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing top-notch service. I went to Check Into Cash just needing to get a payroll check cashed. I was waiting for 40 minutes to get this accomplished. At this time, the woman working, Shirley, started getting very frustrated and actually started crying! I politely asked for her name multiple times. She starred at me with a blank face, and refused to speak. There were 2 other women in the lobby. I turned around and asked them if they were witnessing her refusing to give me her name. Even the other woman shouted “just give her your name so we can get serviced!” She eventually gave me her name so I could leave this review. She then kept crying hysterically and accused me of being rude. It was literally insane behavior and I’ve never witnessed anything something so unprofessional and childish in my life. She continued to cry and accuse everyone in the lobby of being rude to her. I asked if she could call her manager to assist her with cashing my check. She did so reluctantly, continued to cry on the phone to her boss and even exaggerated and lied about the treatment she was receiving. This is the 2nd interaction I’ve had with SHIRLEY that ended up the same way. I did end up getting my check cashed. An entire hour later and after counseling down Shirley to be calm enough to assist me.
At the end of our transaction she counted my money wrong multiple times. Was shorting me $100. We counted it together and she finally got it right. She cried again during this and just kept saying “I’m new” but she’s not new because she did this same thing to me a few weeks ago. The blatant lies and crying victim from this employee is appalling
