I havent had this bank for very long but I'm fully intending to close my account completely as soon as humanly possible. Due to a daily spending limit on my card I was unable to buy what I was trying to buy (a new phone and computer for my daughter's birthday). I tried to call and change the daily spending limit for a 24 hour period, they told me it would be taken care of in ten minutes. Being a bit of a pessimist, I waited about 20/30 minutes before trying again and getting the same message. So I called back and they told me the card was completely locked for 24 hours and that if I swiped my card again that time period would reset. I have been trying to keep an eye on the transaction history of the card so I know exactly when was the last denied charge to count for the 24 hours but I have been locked out of that feature on the mobile app as well. I have had the money in the account to make every purchase I tried to make and none went through. Except, of course, the grocery cart I had planned to pick up from Walmart that I ended up cancelling because of the card issues... That went through.... Yeah they legally have up to ten days before they have to give that back lol. I can't be the only person that relies on being able to use my bank card with my money in it for whatever spending I need to do. Now God only knows how long it will be before I can use all the money in my own account because God knows Netflix be trying to take out every other day. This kind of thing Is an unneeded stress I do not spend frivolously but even if I did doing so would be my right as I work very hard for my money and should be able to spend it doing things like my daily top off of gas and my rent bill or buying my children gifts without getting locked out of my account. Literally what is the point of having a bank account that doesn't let you access your own money.
