Alright as banks go, but the seeming constant flow of new people who don't seem to stay very long, is rather irritating.
Especially, when they are constantly putting you on hold or treating you like you are either annoying or suspicious because they have never dealt with you more than once.
Where are all the kind and attentive bank tellers?
The ones who made you feel like it was a privilege to deposit your money with them, and inspired confidence in their institutions?
Several RCB locations won't even allow you to go to the drive thru window unless you are a commercial entity...you have to settle for trying to communicate through the little vacuum capsules instead, and that elitist system of preferential treatment is driving a lot of customers away.
A big part of what makes us trust an institution with our money is the interactions with the people who represent that institution, and frankly, they have not been nearly as inspirational as they were in the past.
Face to face is what almost everyone who visits a physical bank prefers, so please take note if you want to remain in business.
