This has to be one of the worst banks. The amount of mistakes they make, problems I have with this bank is unreal! I’m leaving a review because today, yet again, I am feeling incredibly frustrated by this bank. Today is the last day in March. I called at the beginning of March and spoke with one of their employees to inquire about a new card, because my current card said that it expires in March. I told her that for as long as I have banked with them my card has come late and it causes a lot of issues not having a valid debit card. She assured me several times that I would receive it before it’s expiration date. I have still not received my card and it expires today. I called them and they apologized. The woman I spoke with tried to offer me some sort of comfort in the fact that this happens all the time to their customers as well as to their employees who bank with them. Shouldn’t that tell them that whoever is charge of ordering new cards should change when they are ordering them? This should not happen. This bank is a terrible bank! My advice, don’t ever bank with them! I truly wish I had never started banking with them. Worst bank I’ve ever banked with!

A person who works here stole money from us concerning a Kid's football program. Would be extremely cautious here if that's the kind of people they have to deal with your money.
