I am so pleased to have opened an account with community wide. Very very nice , respectful and just so kind. Thank you, Ashley and the other sweet lady that helped me start a new account. They were so kind and had me in and out in no time.
I haft to say best bank in town ! And I love that they donate to a charity the 5 dollars when you open your account so altogether it was only $10 dollars with $5 going to a charity of my choice, that's amazing, and unheard of these days.

Kasey was fantastic to work with. I first spoke with her at 4 PM, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, getting me approved by EOD. The loan was fully funded and a check overnighted to me for my car loan before lunch the next day....and I'm an hour away from the nearest branch!

I recently opened a debit card account to accompany my savings account that I opened when getting my vehicle loan through CW. Ashley assisted me at the Warsaw location, and made the process super simple. My original loan, and opening of the savings account, were handled by Kasey, the branch manager. I was completely impressed by the whole process, and have been by her whole staff every time I visit the branch.

Every interaction I have had with this credit union has been poor. Representatives communicating via email don’t take the time to read the whole message and phone reps (Adelita anyway) are so rude and unprofessional.
