The manager and Tracy was extremely rude. They were both very unprofessional will be taking my money out of this bank. I guess they just love losing customers by acting the way they do. If i could leave zero stars to this bank I would but unfortunately there is no option to leave none.

Great rates, great programs lousy and customer service. Went in at 11:45 to open a new personal checking account and was met by a new kiosk with a tablet to check in, they wanted name, telephone number, and email. While I was entering this info other customers walked right past to the tellers and got immediate service. After entering the information there was no directions on what to do next so we sat down and waited and waited, finally my wife got back in line for a teller and found out we were third in line, why we couldn’t get that info from the tablet is confusing.
I realize that lunchtime is a busy time for service related industries but it is a usual practice for service providers to take their lunch at times other than their customers, there were non-teller personnel that left while we were sitting there.
Customer service is usually good here, today it was not, we wasted our lunch time and accomplished nothing.

This bank is a joke I called because I am just getting back to work from brain surgery and I won't get a check until 12 days after my loan payment is due. Called and just asked if we can push payment back just couple of days just so I won't have to borrow to make sure its not late. Refused and threatened me it will be processed late fee and show late. Never have I had a late payment or have I ever had another bank do this! Will never use this bank again!
