Went through the entire process ensuring Id be approved until being placed on hold for an inconsiderate amount of time to be denied. Don’t recommend and will steer anyone and everyone including my coworkers friends family and neighbors away and that’s a promise. They’ve lost all of my trust and reputation.

I was very impressed with this company s professionalism. I called one day and was approved the next. They were friendly and quick. I am disabled with limited income. The loan was a Godsend for a new phone and auto repairs I've been needing. I was very relieved. Thank you..

I don't usually do reviews but I went in looking for an emergency loan after being denied at 2 other places. Dena I believe was her name was so kind and opening about helping me and assured me just because I had no established credit didn't mean they wouldnt help me get approved. I went in about 9am got done with my application and approved within 30 minutes came back at 10:30 and finished up. I highly recommend this place to anybody in need of help.! My interest rate wasn't overpriced either. I got the loan I needed with a reasonable affordable payment plan.! Great establishment. Thank you ladies.!!!

This Company is Awesome! The loan has some great extras with it that I haven't seen before! I highly recommend applying ! All of the Staff is Amazing, Dena, Angie & Rhonda are so nice and helpful. Never rude and excellent customer service! Friendly, courteous and very hard workers!!

Went for a loan because I had gotten covid and my most recent checks were short. Was told we can't give you the loan because your most recent checks are too small if you come back when you get paid again(sic, when you no longer need the loan) we can do it. (Oh but bring us your taxes later!)Was profusely explained why they have to cover their own backsides from the auditors. I called customer service to complain and had a nice chat with an excellent worker who asked if I would mind if the regional so and so followed up. I said sure. Little did I know this follow up was going to be a nightmare. Woken from a dead sleep early in the morning after a long nights work to literally just have them tell me I'm not qualified because of my most recent checks, that I can't have a loan. After quite a bit back and forth I straight ask, why did you call? Literally couldn't give me a straight answer, because they called just to tell me no more officially. This is absolutely terrible customer service, calling basically to remind someone they won't be getting a loan. You don't tell customers your issues for something like that, that's just bad form. At any point making it not about my qualifications and about them having regulations to uphold is a complete cop out of responsibility. Calling someone back about a complaint of this specific action basically to antagonize them for ten minutes that they can't do anything for you and to specifically cite because of regulations was an unnecessary travesty of customer service the likes of which I've never seen.
