I called today trying to help a customer. Melinda who works there read the check wrong and would not cash the check for our customer. She then lost the check and wanted us to pay the fees to void the check she lost to send another to our customer. After this happened she told me she would have the customer contact the BBB and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. I will not recommend any of our customers to bank with First Financial Bank in Seelyville.

Absolute terrible customer service, good luck accessing your account if you need to leave town without your account number. This has been an ongoing issue for years!

I have tried for 2 days to get someone at the First Financial bank in Rockville, indiana to return my call. I am needing to pay my mom's mortgage and they will not call me back. I am handling my mom's affairs since she is elderly and was needing help. Well it is obvious that First Financial does not want their money. They won't even answer the phone when you call, it goes to voice mail and you leave a message. Very poor business etiquette.
