I have had and paid off at least 5 loans with world finance in the last 2 yrs . Granted I have had a few late payments ... But because someone else paid my last loan off they won't loan to me????!?!! That tells me they don't care about their customers.

I have been a customer for a couple years with this store in Salem. They are always super friendly. In the past I have always done my own taxes but thought this year since the quote was free I would check it out. Turns out they got me back more than I would have gotten doing them myself. Great staff and always willing to answer any questions I have. I would definitely and have recommended my friends to go there. Always professional and always smiling and friendly.

World Finance was a very pleasant experience the customer service was nice and friendly they was able to help us in and out of there within an hour the money that was able to help us with was in our account in less than 20 minutes they're not just a computer that tells you yes or no you actually have face value and somewhat of a business relationship they try to help you rather than turn you away

If you have absolutely horrible credit, World Finance may be one of your only options. That being said, the 5 star rating is shocking. Call and ask about their car loan rates and they won't give you a rate. If they do, it will be a rate higher than what's allowed on a car loan in Indiana.
World Finance caters to sub-subprime borrowers and has extremely high interest loans. They are somehow able to classify auto loans in a way that allow them to charge above the state maximum interest rate on auto loans, which is 25%. A friend of mine has an auto loan through World Finance, and I looked at his loan documents. He was charged 36%. Although there approvals can seem miraculous, their loan terms seem predatory to say the least.
I'm glad Salem has them as an option, but I hope I never need a loan from there. I wish their loan terms were more reasonable and equitable, as they could be while still accounting for risk.
