This bank is a joke! I will never recommend anyone here they like to charge you $30.00 fees within an hour to 2 hours of going negative and the stm is down ALL the time even if you get the money in the nightly deposit with the atm being down and the bank being closed they still charge a $30.00 even though you put the money in then when you call them and call them out on it several times I was told they're taking notes that they're not doing it anymore even though it's their fault I can't wait to close my account with them and take my business elsewhere if I could give them 0 stars I would!

I just wanna say a gigantic thank you to Dana. She helped my mother with a misunderstanding, that was very detrimental to us. She took great care of my mother when she had a big meltdown( which was expected due to the situation that happened) she’s calmed her down. God Bless you Dana!

If I could give them less than one star I would. My wife has never been so disrespected and diminished. We were going to go through their loan department for our new home, and we constantly given the go around. Every week we would receive a phone call contradicting what we were told the previous week. All we wanted to do was apply for a loan and have the land we owned appraised. There was always some new obstacle that we were previously told was not an issue. When we were given a way around this obstacle, we were told she was busy and would call back in a week to handle it. A week would go by and we would be told that she “ABSOLUTELY never told us that.” I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. The woman from the loan department has absolutely no idea what she is doing. My wife felt discriminated, and we are in shock that their loan department had the audacity to speak to her this way. We were looking for a new lender, as our previous contact is retiring. We have decided to go elsewhere. Goodbye First Federal.

We have banked with First Federal for many years and could not be happier. Everyone has always been polite and professional. The few times we've had a problem it has been taken care of quickly.
