Been a few months since I have been inside of this branch, it is totally different not sure if I like it or not yet. I guess I was used to the old personnel touch. We'll see how it goes.

Poor customer service skills. Ask a question and they answer a completely different question. Never once have they ever done anything to make life easier for their customers. Having to cancel very important appointments so they can sit with my check for one more day. What ever happened to making the customer happy and going above and beyond for someone in need? I’ll never recommend you to another person and I’ll strongly urge anyone I know to switch.

I absolutely refuse to seek another financial institution. I have been a "Satisfied Member"(notice I did not say customer) for a few years now, and from the Loan Officers to the Walk-up/Drive-Thru Tellers, I have always been treated as a Respected & Valued Member. And I would also like to commend CCU, and the North Vernon staff, for their efforts in making these darkend days of Covid-19, a little brighter and less worrisome, with the current programs they offer for this community.
I have taken the time to read other listed reviews, and would like to suggest "Making Appointments" as it tends to relieve stress, on both parties. And a response to one particular review... Stating "Their Customers", implies you're the spokesperson for... And this review clearly, proves otherwise.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all who read this, and may God take us into the 2021 Year... a bit brighter and healthier than current days.

My daughter waited 45 minutes to get to a teller only to be told that her account was inactive and they was too busy to help her.
Come back next week. Pathetic service.
She should be as important as the next person.

My first time going to the drive thru today. Was afraid of the unknown for a long time but Stephanie guided me through it. Thank you Stephanie for helping me with my transaction today.
