I got a pre-approval online and called the branch to get completely qualified. They stated they would run numbers and call me back. After several days and no call, I decided to call them and check. I gave them my name and was rudely told there was nothing they could and hung up on me. I never even got a chance to ask why. Don't count on ever getting business from me.

My initial impression was positive, but this company is difficult to work with in the long term. Their "new" AP is terrible and after several contacts with their I.T. folks, they suggested I use the website instead. The website is out of date and I'm left wondering "why do you promote having an AP that doesn't work"? Most frustrating is the lack of responsiveness on follow up requests & the CONSTANT emails detailing all the new offers you've already been "approved" for. Good luck!

Mariner is the WORST!! MY Husband and I are both recovering from Covid and we both just went back to work, I ask about a deferment payment and they said they don't do that. Ok that's fine but they didn't even offer any other plans that might help us. So if you need help with extra cash don't go to Mariner because they sure don't care about there customers.
