Went to this branch several times in the past. First 2 times trying to change my name on my account and my card, waited over half hour each time and the issue was never resolved. Had to go to another location (South Bend) to get it straightened out. Another time, Went to deposit my payroll check and they put a hold on it without telling me! The teller tried telling me I needed to tell them it was a payroll check even when the check said payroll on it. If it wasn’t for me checking my account online when I left I wouldn’t have had access to my own money! This branch needs improvement…..

Stopped at this branch to make a deposit and get change. Jana requested my ID. I asked why I needed ID to make a deposit and was told I didn't have a relationship with Wells Fargo. I'm confused...I thought having business and personal checking and savings accounts implied some sort of "relationship"!!! Either Jana needs some training or I need a new bank. In all fairness this is the first negative encounter I have had at a a Wells Fargo bank and I have used many branches throughout the country. Very surprising and disappointing.

The new flagstar bank replaced wells fargo and I had NO IDEA THEY WERE COMING. I was give no sorr of info on this new bank and I am highly upset I have been with wells fargo for a decade. I went into this new “flagstar” bank today and the lines were terrible stood there for 40 mins and still didnt get waited on. Everything was down, ATM, mobile banking, online banking. Next time I go in my only goal is to close
My accounts and switch banks I suggest everyone do the same.

Precious Wells Fargo client for years! They bought WF and I am overseas with no working debit card and have spent over 300 dollars in phone calls to just sit on hold for hours! Absolutely horrible customer service- no client should have to wait on hold for 2-4 hours to reach someone. Flagstar you should be ashamed of yourself!

If being stereotyped and treated rude is how you like banking then this is your place. I don't care, if someone pays me with a check from this place I will not even go in there to cash it. I see why people are going to online banking. Worst bank for sure.
