This loan place was the only loan place that would approve a loan for us. We desperately needed a car and were in a very tight spot financially. Im so very thankful to them.

My insurance company already settled up my account over a week ago. However, because I had not gone into the website and disabled auto pay, the money still was taken from my account. My account has a $0.00 balance, and it still took money from my bank account. I now have to wait 7-10 business days for a check in the mail. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be changed. If a customer's balance is $0.00, then the auto pay should automatically turn off. On top of that, Regional should be able to automatically refund my money instead of waiting 7-10 business days! I am very upset by this.
