When I refinanced for more money, the Mt Pleasant Tx branch took out two payments from two different accounts after I told them not to use my credit union. Instead of questioning why two payments were made by two different accounts, they credited both in the new paperwork and then told me I owe two payments in 1 month to cover what they credited. I told her it was not fair that I have to cover their mistake and she told me that it's "not their problem" that my account was in the red. I even cancelled the payment online before it was due and it still came out. I have no patience for rude customer service. I have been an excellent customer for 4 years. Never again. Once this is paid off, I will never use this company again. Ever. They are rude and demanding and instead of trying to fix the issue, they would rather blame the customer.

Spoke to Connor about my account. I was trying to explain to him about the concerns I had. He didn't treat me with any courtesy and didn't listen to my concern. He said regardless of whatever the circumstance, he not going back and forth with me. I had a reverse payment that wasn't my fault and I was trying to gain more understanding of the direct pay. Mind you I am work too! I work with the public and it's very rude to flag a person's concern when they are trying to gain knowledge of the company. I wish I never took a loan out here. I will just pay it off and be done with this company! I love doing busy with people who cares about their consumer!

I live here in COS and the local branch here is the worst. The way they treat their clients is so degrading. They will tell you, "It's this way or nothing." or "Too bad, sorry can't help you." I made two payments on my account and it was never applied to my balance. It was definitely taken out of my bank account. Tried to reach out to their corporate office as I refuse to speak with the local branch. I was told to email them a copy of my statement showing the deduction and heard nothing back from them. Called on a daily basis with no success. Received a priority letter stating they have been trying to reach me. (LIARS) and threatening to send my account to collections unless I contact them immediately. I have filed a complaint to their legal disclosures department and the BBB. This company is the WORST EVER to work with.

Terrible company. They require collateral information even when you say you don’t want a secured loan. Was treated like a dead beat from the first “hello” and was then hung up on rudely by multiple people at the local branch (including the manager) JUST for asking questions and not wanting to give collateral information. They won’t even answer questions until you give them collateral information. Distract Manager “promises” to call but you’ll never actually hear from her. Trying to reach corporate is a joke. Bottom line, they just don’t care about customers and you are just a dead beat they can get a dollar t from.

I’ve already emailed the customer service and the OMF social email. The Lawrenceville, Ga location is so unprofessional, demonstrates poor customer service, and are overall rude individuals. When I first took out the loan, the staff was great. The staff that’s there now is just terrible! Once this is paid, I would never! It’s a typical high interest loan that sucks but I knew that going in. They have successfully made the entire OM organization look like a fraud and a company I would never refer anyone to.

This is a horrible place to get a loan with . They are pretty much a modern day loan shark . They charge you an insane amount of interest that an average person will never be able to pay off . If you miss one payment they will harass you non-stop and report it immediately on your credit. But when you pay a loan off it takes them months to report it on your credit so it looks like you still have the loan! Very shady! If a future customer reads this DO NOT GET A LOAN with this company, go to a legitimate bank! You have no clue what your getting in to. Its a loan shark in hiding, waiting to attack.

My son has a loan with them here in Casper Wyoming. He pays extra on his payment every month, telling them he wants the extra money to go towards the principal. They keep putting the difference towards the next months payments. He is now 3 months ahead according to them. He has called them and asked why they are doing this and they said, because they cannot put the extra amount towards the principal UNLESS he goes and gets a cashiers check for the extra amount and he has to bring it into the office. This is the most RIDICULOUS thing I've ever heard! You'd think they would want a SATISFIED customer returning for another loan or more, more than they would about having a DISSATISFIED customer who will never return again because the company only cares about making all the intrest they can off of that ONE loan.

What it is with OneMain Financial in the city of Lakewood. They keep calling and hanging up on me. I’m overwhelmed with this. This has been going on for Days now. All this happened after I applied and was denied. Bad Service and they like to Harass afterwards.
