This is the worst financial institution that I have ever dealt with!! Woman got rude with me on a call one day. Sent me letters saying I didn't make my payment when I was on automatic bill pay!! Waiting as long as 1 hour to talk to a real person! Save yourself a big headache and go to a real bank!!

It is almost impossible to get a human being on the phone. The recorded message says they're "experiencing higher than normal volumes" even as their website bar graph says "less busy than usual." The recording also pretty much tells you "don't call us. Use the mobile app instead" as if that covers every situation. When I drive into town, the In-person service is good, though after a long wait, of course.

Their customer service has gone downhill. My Zelle transaction was put on hold and they ask me some stupid computer generated questions like "Is this street in this city" to verify my identity. How on earth will I know if a street is in a random city that I am not familiar with? I was on the call for 45 min trying to deal with the issue and the attitude of the rep. is terrible showing no remorse to resolve the issue. Have been banking with them for over 10 years and they have pushed me to close the account and the take the business elsewhere.

I have literally never had an issue at this location. The credit union is located in a good location (in my opinion), the staff is always friendly and they usually have quick service via the drive-thru.

So I initially had a major issue with the automated phone system today. I was trying to get a pin reset but the system said my account didn't exist. It took me 45 minutes and calling every number one the centra website to finally get ahold of someone, which finally got resolved after over an hour. So needles to say the 1 star review initially was well deserved.
Now follow up - later that night at 5:41 pm, well after bankers hours I get a phone call from a local number I didn't know. It was a centra rep asking and following up with the issue I had. This boggled my mind, I've never had this happen. Not even at work, where it's not uncommon to spend 6/7 figures on equipment, have issues and get no support. So the fact they took my initial review to heart and reached out absolutely nuts. The lady was polite , understanding and even pleasant to talk to. Praises to you Centra for actually giving a d*mn about customers!! Your gesture meant a lot.

Outstanding customer service. Expect to spend some time there, but it’s mostly because they want to make sure that you got all your needs met. Hailey was so nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the conversations with her :)

There drive thru they won't talk to you. There loan people you have to ask to see the screen to make sure they aren't signing you up for things you have told them you don't want. They refuse to fix mistakes when they sign you up for something you told them you didn't want.
