Nothing is worse than being wronged by a company. This credit union went above and beyond to help me get through what was a very horrible situation for my family at no fault of ours, and they didn’t have to. A shout out to Tyler, Patricia, and Elijah for their kindness and consideration today. You guys are amazing and I feel truly blessed to have such a reliable and wonderful institution working with me. Not to mention the everyday interactions I have with all of the wonderful workers at this and the main branch. Thank you all for your kindness!

My fiance started banking with profed due to a referral they had. When he went in to set up his account he worked with Leah, she told him absolutely nothing about his account, overdraft being on, set up mobile banking, etc. This was his first debit card and he feels he was taken advantage of. Skip a few months later, also having to call to check his balance since mobile banking was not set up, he "overdrafted" his account. However he was not told it was even on, most banks you have to sign a paper to get it turned on, here you sign a paper to get it turned off. Weird. His account says he is in the negatives but his card declined at the vending machine. But profed STILL takes the money out. They stole money from us as far as I'm concerned.
