I went in August 2, 2022 to withdraw money that I worked hard for and owe zero taxes on. I waited 30 minutes while they looked over my bank statements, then someone comes out and starts saying the exact amount of money I wanna withdraw with costumers behind me listening. They asked what my occupation was, what I was doing with the money, also asked who sent me the money as if it wasn’t mine. Every costumer in the lobby heard what we were talking about and everyone knew how much money I would be walking out of the bank with. I was in the bank for a total of 45-50 min and eventually got my money after being asked 10 questions and feeling like I wasn’t going to get my money because they didn’t believe it was mine.

I've been an IUCU member for almost 7 years now, and their service has been exceptional all along. Everyone there is helpful, courteous, and (if need be) patient. I enjoy my visits there, because all of the staff are welcoming. I feel that my money is safe and that the Credit Union puts the needs of its members above its own potential profit, unlike some regular banks. Highly recommend.

Just got a car loan from IUCU. Very efficient and professional staff! Got everything done in just a few days and mostly online! The rate was also very good. Highly recommended!

I stopped by the chase bank across the street first , but the teller acted like she didn’t want to help me and when she called the bank officer to help me with opening an account, I was told she too busy. Every one at the credit union was awesome. So glad I decided to check it out! Thank you to the professional and efficient staff!

There is one ph# for the entire company and no one is answering it… I legit don’t even have an account I just wanna know how to pay my car payment and no one can answer the phone, at any store or location. Not one person is available. If I can change the location of my car loan I will.
