This bank offers zero help and respect for their customers.
Every time you need anything they have a problem helping.
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
And yes this branch (as stated by other reviews) is probably the worst.
They absolutely don't know what they are doing and don't care.
They definitely bring out the worst in me because it's so unbelievable how awful they are.
Wish there was a way to leave zero stars.

Great People work here. Samantha has always been kind and helpful, like most the ladies. Sept 12th 815 am, was only bad experience with a lady whos got orange dyed hair in drive thru and came in to make a payment. I gave her my Government MILITARY ID which is accepted around the World, at Airports and gives access to government facilities (Department of Defense id) yet this moody woman told me it cant be used. This is first time out of over 12 visit that i had gotten attitude and told id wasnt accepted. She had bad attitude like she didnt want to be there!! All the other ladies have been helpful and polite. So i left because she gave a bad vibe and was moody!!! Avoid this lady with glasses and orange hair, she had no name badge on either.

Went to this location on Saturday, April 9th with my husband in hoping to open a checking account. We were told to sit, someone would take care of us. I'm not sure how many reps they have to assist with opening accounts but did notice one rep already assisting someone. However, we waited well over 40 minutes, after driving over 30 minutes. No one gave us an estimate time on much longer we had to wait. Unfortunately, after the long wait, we decided to leave.

They sold my information to a scamming organization. Received several specified scam letters/phone calls that contained information only my lender would know. Be weary.

I’ve been a member for over ten years, but have been wary of Numark for the past couple of years, because their service has gradually gone downhill. I took a chance, and recently opened a business account. It was a bad decision. I deposited a check before Thanksgiving, and I still don’t have access to those funds as I’m writing this review. I have tried to call the branch during my free time, and no answer. I wrote an email, and still no response. The only time that I got a call back was when I briefly walked away from my phone, and that was right before they closed. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with an institution that’s unbelievably slow to give you access to your own money, and that you can’t get in touch with very easily. In the meantime, I have to scramble to cover my operating costs, I’m late with payments, and I have to explain my circumstances to my business partner, who’s covering some of my business expenses. I’ve lost trust and confidence in Numark, and will be taking my business elsewhere, where they answer the phone, and there’s no need to leave a callback number, voicemail, or an email, which never gets answered. Numark is behaving like it’s about to either go out of business, or it’s about to be sold. If it’s not, then they definitely don’t care about their customers. There are faster banking institutions with better customer service.
Update: I’ve never seen an institution react so slowly. They answered my review before they personally answered my inquiry directly from their website! There’s your proof people. DO NOT conduct ANY business with this institution! Your calls and any other form of communication will go unanswered, until they deem it necessary. I took a check written by the same person to me, and deposited it into my other bank with no so called federally mandated hold, and the funds will be available within 24 hours.

We did a pretty in depth car loan through NuMark, and Crystal and Meghan were amazing! They made every step of the way easy and seamless, and really worked hard to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We will be switching all our loans to NuMark because of how fabulous they were.

They run your credit for the fun of it, if they see you are young, they won’t put effort nor take you seriously. I applied for a loan, went into office and had the application filled out, spent more than an hour giving all necessary items and information needed, was told takes 20 minutes for a response on approval and told to leave and will receive a phone call regarding the application. It’s been 3 days and I haven't received a phone call. Lady seemed very judgmental in her demeanor when she asked personal questions on my work and how much I get payed. I felt she had no true intent to help me. Will never go back. Don’t recommend, there are better credit unions that offer better rates.

I’ve had a great experience with Crystal with both of the loans for my cars and a personal loan. I love how fast she is as responding! She’s great.
