This bank has a history of putting money in wrong accounts once putting 18k in the wrong account and changing where the direct deposit went. Collectively a pre k class would be better handing your money

The switch from First National Bank meant losing mobile check deposit, a decent app, and useful text alerts--all which I used regularly/relied on. Now when there are any tech questions, you can call the bank, but they have to set up a call from their team at another branch as it is no longer handled on site. Central Bank is now more of a hassle than convenient.

Every bank has their own policies 1st national bank was easier for me to Bank with As Manager.
Once central bank took over yes I was not excited But I began to understand their policies a little Better They have friendly staff always with a smile they will do their best to take care of you With what the law allows them to .
I always Enjoy Stopping in At Rochelle Location great coffee and always fresh pastries at the coffee shop

I've been a member here since it was 1st National, and since the buyout to Central Bank I have had my money frozen and my cards shut off OFTEN. In the last week it happened twice, with legitimate purchases. On top of that, they refuse to contact their customers when there is a problem, so I've had many issues where I need to make a purchase and have to wait until the next business day (not to mention wasting a trip) to have these fools unlock my account! I AM DONE. My whole family is closing their Central bank accounts, and moving to an institution that values the people entrusting their money to the bank.

Dale left no stone un-turned. You know you have a great loan officer when you show up at closing and pay less than your down payment!
Dale at FNB-Rochelle was our loan officer for our first investment property. He was very open with us throughout the mortgage process, and sent us the final mortgage statement prior to closing. He impressed our lawyer by his organization - he submitted the bank funds to the title company prior to closing - which stream-lined the paperwork at the closing table. We were able to close on our property in under an hour.
We definitely plan to work with Dale at FNB – Rochelle for our future investment purchases, and would happily recommend him to our friends and family.

Cash my check and they saying I can't get it all in 1. And that I have to wait 7 days to get it all. It's coming in day by day. Gonna switch after the check goes through
