Wouldn't bank anywhere else! Always greeted with a friendly smile. I live across town and still drive to kochs lane so I can get my weekly dose of some of the most positive tellers I have ever met.

The people at the drive up are excellent and are always super helpful when it comes to managing my bank account. When you head inside it does become a different story. It acts like a whole new business. They are rude and unprofessional. Since this is not my main bank account it is just for cash purposes they treat me like I am poor and not worth their time.

It just took way too long to cash a check written to me from an account at that bank. I have a busy day usually and seems like I can't get it to the some of the women quick as they would like.

The bank I opened a checking account with upon relocating to Quincy. I will be switching banks soon.
My first issue:
2 different times I deposited a check that was written to the order of my mother but she signed it over to me, the first time was before she moved to Quincy so she was out of state, they deposited it no problem at all.
The second time not even a month later when she moved here and was waiting out in my car I was told they cant deposit it without her physically being there even though I got one deposited previously the same month, so I went and got her and got it deposited.
It's annoying when businesses have policies that not all employees follow, it's frustrating for the customer and unprofessional for the business and employee.
My second issue:
I recently applied for a mortgage loan online and got into contact with the "Vice President/Mortgage Lender" Tony Gross. He needed some documents so I emailed them to him as instructed, and after almost a week with no response I called him and left numerous messages over the course of a week asking for him to get back to me and it's been over a month and I haven't heard back from him since. Very unprofessional.
So I took my business to State Street Bank, have had great communication with a mortgage lender there(they too needed some documents and upon receiving them got back to me the next business day) and my closing date on my house is this month.

Keep watch on your accounts they will jumble your transactions to coincide with their payment pending cycle to cause an overdraft charge CAUTION ⚠️

Have had several bad experiences at this 12th Broadway location ,most of the staff are rude and inconsiderate so much so I have to go to go to the mall or 24th State locations just to see someone smile,SMH! I thought it was just me but I've talked to several people that have or are banking there and they have said the same thing! Not sure why it seems to be just the 12th Broadway location but that's the only bank I've ever had a bad experience at !! I would say it starts at the top,just saying !! Not All of the employees are this way at this location so you know but I'm guessing 50% act this way from my experiences there! Hope they get it taken care of because it's such a nice facility they have built there !!!
