We've had nothing but good experiences with FPS. For the most part, I do my banking at the downtown facility, and the ladies there have always been super-friendly and very knowledgable. I recently needed copies of statements, deposit slips, etc, for the state, which was time sensitive. It was a task, which was definitely very time consuming. Tammy C. completed the task before the deadline, and we feel she went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend banking there.

They have managed to loose a 1000.00 payment of mine.... Notified me my money was gone... Then found it and apologized. Two weeks later...they lost my car payment and reported to credit report they "didn't receive it" then apologized said they would fix that... And havent... Same week...i couldnt access my cash in their bank. I was supposed to buy their house after lease with option and never been late.... I did EVERYTHING they asked. They promised to repair items like roof...
And MOLD. they have had estimate after estimate...electrical issues and constant flooding...still nothing! I dont recommend anyone to use this Bank. False verbal promises over and over!

Since the DMV is closed, until further notice, I called First Pekin Savings to get my renewal sticker for my plate. They said they only sell them to their current customers. They just lost a chance to gain a customer, since I just moved to Pekin. In today's times you'd think people might be a little more helpful.

I have done my banking at the main bank, at the drive up at 6th and court and at Sheridan and parkway. Dr. And I have received great service at each place. We also refinanced our home with Earl Reily’s Guidance. I am very pleased with every service that I have received. George Henderson

I have banked here for over 10 years payed off my mortgage and small loan, and a car so this bank has gotten plenty of money from me. So, when I got a bill for a dormant acct and asked if they would waive the fee they refused even though they gave me the wrong information when I tried to close it, So they are making over $100 just because of a technicality and it is so irritating that banks like this one can make money off of their unfair practices. They have OUR money but they add late fees and
service fees and any other fees they can. No consideration that you were always a good customer. I also have been treated rudely especially by the woman in drive through when I tried to close this account. These people act like they're doing you a favor . 👎
