Horrible experience! I went into this branch in hopes of opening a new account. I called a few times before to make sure I had all I need to open an account. Once i arrived I was told by the manager there that Why is someone like me ( young black male) driving 45 minutes to a credit Union when I can go to one in my own area and there are too many red flags and I was told to come back with more documents. When asked what more documents are needed he said more bills. Not specific at all. Spoke to the VP & informed him of such. He was on his employer’s side and didn’t understand how in-appropriate those comments were made in front of the customer. I work in the area so where I live shouldn’t have mattered why I chose to bank here. I felt like the manager judged me for how i looked and the color of my skin. But we are in 2022 where people would rather believe that no longer exists. Well it does!

I also bank at Chase on Lagrange Rd.and 5/3rd on 108th/159th. The drive thru staff at this credit union needs customer service training. There are no greetings when you arrive, they take the tube, fill the order and send you on your way. I have better service at Starbucks. As soon as my car loan is done, plan to leave. No respect for the clientele.

Absolutely love working with Yolanda, have done two car loans and two mortgages. Amazing the ease in how they bring it all together.
Thank you!!

When is this place going to come into the technology age. 10 days to replace a credit card???? You can go to any bank and get a new card on the spot!!! I have been with this credit union for many many years it may be time for a change.

I often sit at the drive thru wondering if they are even open waiting for some sort of greeting. Customer service needs to be improved. They also seem to be short staffed.
